Orders & Payments

– Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
– We accept PayPal, Stripe, major credit cards, and several Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) plans.
– Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

Shipping

– Orders ship within 5-7 business days via USPS or other carriers.
– Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or damaged packaging

– Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if products are unused and sealed.
– Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective.
– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
– To request a return, email info@sherisheabutter.com with your order number.
